Risky Play
Embrace Challenge, Build Resilience: Risky Play Training & Incursions
Risky play is essential for developing confidence, problem-solving skills, and resilience, helping children assess risks and make safe decisions in real-world situations. At Wild Gully, we bring Risky Play Training & Incursions directly to educators and children, creating opportunities for adventure in a safe and supportive environment.
Designed for schools, kindergartens, OSHCs, and community events, our sessions equip educators with practical strategies to incorporate risky play while balancing safety and supervision. Children get hands-on experiences in climbing, rough-and-tumble play, using tools, and exploring their capabilities—fostering independence, coordination, and courage.
As Bundaberg’s nature play expert, we are passionate about empowering children through play, challenge, and calculated risk-taking.
