Please read before booking - Booking is confirmed once payment is received.

Party dates available are - Wednesday or Saturdays.

Sunday Birthday Parties, please add wages for staff member at Sunday rates (approximately $100).

ACTIVITIES

Our activities are child led. Meaning that you may book us for a Bow and Arrows workshop for example and your child may decide part way through that they want to make a spear instead, or go and explore the creek, or build a cubby house. So though you may have signed up for a certain activity, with a certain end product, please be aware that your child/ren may find something far more interesting to do! No matter what they choose to do (95% do the activity for the two hours), we will follow the children's lead and ensure that we are supervising the group and that they are being safe.

WHAT CAN I BRING ON SITE?

You may BYO food, drinks, tables, chairs and party decorations to all sites. It is a bit of a walk to all sites from the carpark, so if you have a bit of gear, we suggest bringing a pram, cart etc to put it all in.

We generally run all our activities from a big mat on the ground.

PAYMENT

Once we have confirmed your date is available, and we have received payment, we will confirm your booking. On the day, we will do a head count and invoice you for any extra children over the original booking amount. After-pay is available for parties and events.

This location has a rock pools, mud play, toilets, table, BBQ’s, climbing trees, easy parking, shelter & water. At this location, we do hand tool workshops, messy play options and utilising the natural elements.

This location has a shaded area where we will set up. There are toilets and shelter sheds. The park has a playground, although throughout the party we are unable to use it (insurance requirements). This venue has mud play, as well as water and rock pool play. This venue is available all year round.

Queen’s Park, Garden Street. Down Hope Street near Mater Hospital.

This location has many tree-shaded areas, where we will set up. There are toilets and open shelter sheds, as well as car parks. The park has many open spaces, trees to climb and many nature hikes available, as well as a wooden foot bridge. This venue is available all year round and centrally located.

    Being a mother of a boy who loves the outdoors it can be hard to plan a birthday party. On Labour Day weekend it was my son’s 6th birthday party and we chose to book Wild Gully!! Best decision we ever made. He and his mates had a ball but so did the parents, guardians and also both sets of his grand parents too! They brought their chairs, their eskies and set in for great entertainment and good company.
